2 cups Hungry Jack complete extra light & fluffy pancake mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
1/4 cup pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix all together and follow your waffle iron directions for cooking.
